Buying our first home felt overwhelming at first, but First United Funding made the entire process incredibly smooth. After having a frustrating experience with another mortgage company due to poor communication, we decided to switch to First United Funding and it was the best decision we could have made.

A huge thank you to John and Kristina Ruggiero for making this such a positive experience. John was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely communicative throughout every step of the process, always keeping us updated and never leaving us wondering what was happening. Anytime we had a question, he was quick to respond and took the time to explain everything so we felt comfortable and informed.

The entire mortgage process moved so much faster than we expected, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being an easy and enjoyable one because of their hard work and dedication.

John R , was very resourceful during the time we worked together. the project to close on my investment was a little longer than normal, however John was patient and helpful throughout the process. He provided loads of information around financing, market trends, and the variety of financing options available to consider. although, this was not my 1st foray into real-estate investments, he made sure I was constantly aware and up to speed on everything, big or small.
